材料- Couscous
- Coriander
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Dried figs
- Red/Yellow peppers
- Ripe avocado
- Roasted almond
做法1
- Soak couscous with the same amount of boiling water / chicken stock. (e.g. put 1/2 cup of boiling stock broth into 1/2 cup of couscous)
- Leave in for 5 minutes, then add a bit of olive oil before fluff up the couscous.
- Dice / chop all vegetable ingredients:
- Coriander
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Dried figs
- Red/Yellow peppers
- Ripe avocado
- Roasted almond
- Enjoy!
