馬蹄肉 2 粒
燕麥 3 湯匙
西洋菜少許
113 g minced beef
113 g minced pork
2 water chestnuts
3 tbsp oatmeal
Watercress
醃料
生抽半湯匙
麻油半湯匙
鹽 1/4 茶匙
胡椒粉少許
水 2 湯匙
Marinade
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt pepper
2 tbsp water
1. 西洋菜洗淨,飛水備用。
2. 馬蹄去皮,洗淨,剁茸。
3. 免治牛肉、免治豬肉、燕麥及醃料拌勻至起膠,加入馬蹄茸攪至黏稠帶膠質。
4. 將西洋菜鋪在蒸碟底,鋪入肉餅,隔水大火蒸 12 分鐘即成。
1. Rinse watercress, scald and set aside.
2. Peel water chestnuts, rinse and finely chop.
3. Mix minced beef, pork, oatmeal and marinade together until sticky. Add water chestnuts and stir until sticky and thickened.
4. Arrange watercress on a plate and meat paste on top. Steam over high heat for 12 minutes. Serve.
