士多啤梨2粒
1 ripe banana
2 strawberries
1. 士多啤梨洗淨去蒂,熟香蕉去皮。
2. 士多啤梨和香蕉放在小盤上,蓋上保鮮紙,放入冰箱,雪凍最少四小時以上。
3. 從冰箱取出士多啤梨和香蕉,切件,放入攪拌機攪爛成雪糕。
4. 雪糕倒進小杯中即可成。
1. Wash the strawberries and remove stems, peel the banana.
2. Place the fruits on a plate and cover with cling wrap, put into the fridge for at least 4 hours.
3. Take the fruits out of the fridge, dice and blend in a blender for ice-cream.
4. Pour the ice-cream into a small cup to serve.

Banana has a soft and smooth texture which is suitable for the ice-cream. Banana contains Fructooligosaccharide (FOS), it increases the number of probiotic in the intestine and make calcium intake more effective, thus facilitating bone development of toddlers.
