好煮意食譜

材料
鮮奶1 杯
雞蛋1 個
老薑汁1 茶匙
砂糖1 茶匙
1 cup fresh milk
1 egg
1 tsp mature ginger juice
1 tsp sugar
做法
1. 雞蛋去殼,置於碗內備用。
2. 鮮奶及薑汁置於煲內煮至微滾,加入雞蛋,用小火浸煮至雞蛋全熟,盛於碗內,灑入砂糖拌勻。
1. Remove the egg shell. Set aside.
2. Slightly boil milk and ginger juice in a pot. Put in egg. Simmer over low heat until egg is done. Transfer to bowl and mix well with sugar. Serve.
