好煮意食譜

材料
熟雞腳 10 隻(煲湯料)
薑 4 片
葱 2 條(切段)
麻油 2 茶匙
10 cooked chicken feet (from the soup)
4 slices ginger
2 sprigs spring onions (sliced)
2 tsps sesame oil
調味料 Seasoning:
樽裝鮑魚汁 2 湯匙
老抽 1 茶匙
砂糖 1 茶匙
水 3/4 杯
2 tbsps abalone sauce (in bottle)
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup water
做法
煮滾調味料、薑片及葱段,加入雞腳用慢火煮約 10 分鐘,待汁液濃稠,拌入麻油即可品嘗。
Bring the seasoning with ginger and spring onion to the boil. Put in chicken feet and stew over low heat for 10 minutes. Stew until the sauce thickens. Add sesame oil at last and mix well. Serve.
