簡介今次整呢個蘋果軟曲奇,外脆內軟,聞落有淡淡既牛油香味,咬落有甜甜既蘋果肉!
佢屬於材料同做法都比較簡單既小食;如果唔想落糖可以省略嫁!
材料低筋麵粉 60G
蘋果蓉 大約55-60G
原糖 2G
無鹽牛油 18G

蘋果切件蒸淋,用叉壓成蓉,可留少少蘋果肉保留口感
