木耳 1 兩
光雞半隻
紅棗 1 0 粒
老薑 2 兩
糯米酒適量(或約半杯)
Ingredients
38 g wood ear fungus
1/2 chicken
10 red dates
75 g mature ginger
glutinous rice wine (or about 1/2 cup)
調味料
海鹽 1 / 4 茶匙
Seasoning
1/4 tsp sea salt
1. 木耳用溫水浸至發大(約 45 分鐘),摘去硬蒂,撕成小塊,洗淨。
2 . 雞洗淨,抹乾水分,斬件。
3 . 紅棗洗淨,用刀拍鬆,去核。
4 . 老薑洗淨外皮,用刀拍裂。
5 . 燒熱鑊下油 1 湯匙,下薑塊炒香,下雞件及木耳炒勻, 加入糯米酒及紅棗,注入滾水 2 杯煮滾,用中小火煮20分鐘至雞件熟透,下鹽調味即成。
Method
1. Soak wood ear fungus in warm water until expanded (about 45 minutes). Cut off the hard stem and tear into small pieces. Rinse.
2. Rinse chicken. Wipe dry and cut into pieces.
3. Rinse red dates. Lightly crush with knife and remove the stones.
4. Rinse the skin of ginger and crush with knife.
5. Heat wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry ginger until fragrant. Put in chicken and wood ear fungus. Stir fry for a while. Put in glutinous rice wine and red dates. Pour in 2 cups of boiling water and bring to boil. Cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes until chicken is done. Season with salt and serve.

餵哺母乳的產婦,可進食含酒精的餸菜嗎?
可以,但要待餵哺嬰兒後才進食,也要留意嬰兒喝奶後有否出現不適或敏感情況。另外,糯米酒久煮後可蒸發酒精氣味。
