做法:
1. 西米放入滾水中大火煮10分鐘後,熄火加蓋焗20分鐘至完全變透明。
撈出,用水冲洗表面的黏液,瀝乾水分。

2. 芒果去皮,取1/3個切幼粒,其餘的打成芒果泥;把柚肉剝散。

3. 將芒果泥、芒果粒、柚肉、蘆薈和煮好的西米放入大碗中,撈勻。

4. 魚膠片用水泡軟。

5. 鍋中加入水、花奶和椰漿煮熱,下砂糖煮至溶化。熄火,放入魚膠片煮溶。

6. 然後倒入芒果料中混和。
