餃子皮 8片
免治豬肉 2両
翠玉瓜 1/4條
8 pieces dumpling wrapper
2 taels minced pork
1/4 zucchini
調味料
鹽少許
麻油 1/2茶匙
Seasonings
A pinch salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1. 翠玉瓜洗淨切粒。
2. 把調味料加入免治豬肉拌勻,加入翠玉瓜粒後再次拌勻,成餃子餡。
3. 取餃子皮,放上適量餃子餡,包成餃子,至所有材料用完。
4. 煮滾一鍋開水,放入餃子,待餃子浮起,即可盛起上碟。
1. Wash and dice the zucchini.
2. Mix the seasonings into minced pork, add in zucchini and mix well for filling.
3. Put adequate filling on the wrapper and seal the edges.
4. Put water to a boil, add the dumplings to cook until float; strain and plate. Ready to serve.

寶寶拒吃怎麼辦?其實寶寶長到1歲半,性格已然可經端倪。有些寶寶天生容易接受新事物和隨和,這類寶寶的父母很幸運,寶寶很容易就肯吃不同的食物。亦有些寶寶天生慢熱,需要多些時間接受新的食物。如果寶寶常常拒吃,要重新嘗試,增加寶寶對食物的熟悉感,慢慢會接受新食物。

Some toddlers are rather passive and take time to accept new foods. If they continue to resist, keep trying until they are familiarised with the food and then they will be more welcoming to new foods.

餃子可塑性高,可以加入不同的蔬菜作餡,令寶寶有機會嘗試不同種類的蔬菜。不喜歡肉類的寶寶,可加入肉類作餃子餡。要寶寶接受新蔬菜,最好在餡中同時加入他/她喜歡的材料。例如寶寶喜歡吃菇類,卻不吃粟米,照顧者可以把少量粟米混入菇類中,增加寶寶對新食物的接受程度。
Fill dumplings with different vegetables to let toddlers have a try, and use meat filling for toddlers who do not like meat. At the same time, fill in something they like in the same dumplings to help increase their acceptancy of new vegetables.
