材料紫蕃薯 160g
糯米粉 80g
薑汁軟糖 8粒

做法1
1.先將紫蕃薯放入鑊內蒸熟,親熱去皮搓爛
2.再加入糯米粉及少許水搓至成粉團
3.將紫薯粉團再分成8份
4.將1份紫薯粉團中加一粒薑汁軟糖再搓成球狀
5.放少許油在鑊內再將紫薯球按成餅狀煎香即成
6.熱食薑汁軟糖會溶成流心狀
