彼得包 1塊
菠蘿1片
蘑菇2粒
肉碎1湯匙
芝士粉適量
茄汁適量
1 piece pita bread
1 slice pineapple
2 mushrooms
1 Tbsp minced pork
A pinch cheese powder
Some tomato sauce
1. 菠蘿切粒,蘑菇切片,備用。
2. 彼得包放在平底鑊中,包上加適量茄汁,再加上菠蘿粒、蘑菇片、肉碎及適量芝士粉,開慢火加蓋焗8分鐘即成。
1. Cut the pineapple into small chunks, slice the mushroom, set aside.
2. Place the pita bread on a saucepan, spread tomato sauce on the bread, top with pineapple chunks, mushroom slices and minced pork, then sprinkle cheese powder. Cover with lid to cook for 8 minutes over low heat. Ready to serve.

Pita is a flatbread originated in Middle East, it can be used as pizza crust or sandwich bread. It is pocket-liked after cut open, so it can hold the fillings well, toddlers will probably have fun stuffing ingredients in.
